Scottish Highlands, Islands and NI and other delivery zones are excluded due to courier charges exceeding our postal rates. A full list of excluded postcode areas can be found at the checkout.
If you need your order by a specific date please contact us via email and we will discuss the best option. We operate Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, so any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday providing it’s in stock. During busy periods, your parcel may take slightly longer to arrive but we will do our best to keep you updated. If you miss a delivery you will be able to contact the courier directly using the information on the calling card to re-organise your delivery, however we ship most items tracked for convenance Bulky items are shipped DPD and you will receive an hour time slot from the courier. When you receive your order, please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before throwing out packaging and assembling. Unfortunately, we may be unable to offer a refund if there is no packaging or if the item is not as original or damaged. If you believe items may be missing from your order, please contact us before returning.
